Just learned this one the other day, and thought it was fun and interesting – Why are the Brooklyn Dodgers called the Dodgers? Hint,  it has to do with the “Current Wars”.

As for the last questions,  San Marino is the oldest recognized country in the world, and South Sudan is the newest.
